What do you learn?

Whether it's machines, systems, or control units – as an electrical engineer, you work with a wide range of electrical systems. You plan, install, maintain, and repair electrical components in an industrial setting.

You learn how to read circuit diagrams and wire electrical components, create CAD drawings, and programme in machine language.

Control and automation technology are part of your daily routine. No two days are the same – you tackle complex challenges using your technical know-how and problem-solving skills.

Apprenticeship Duration and School

The apprenticeship as an electrical engineer lasts a total of four years and concludes with a final apprenticeship examination.
Vocational school takes place once a week during the apprenticeship and is located in Feldkirch.

1st year of apprenticeship: 1,071.00 Euro | 18+: 1,293.71 Euro
2nd year of apprenticeship: 1,295.40 Euro | 18+: 1,596.26 Euro
3rd year of apprenticeship: 1,657.50 Euro | 18+: 1,949.22 Euro
4th year of apprenticeship: 2,152.20 Euro | 18+: 2,255.72 Euro
