Colour Trends Autumn-Winter 2023|24
The Autumn and Winter Collection 2023|24 finds its inspiration in nature. Here, warm earth tones meet natural plant colours to create different, artistic nuances. Their strength lies in their simplicity, easy to combine with each other.
A textile journey to India provides contrasts in the wardrobe. It lights up the collection with accents in yellow gold, raspberry and olive green. Bright and loud colours help against the winter blues.
Innovation meets the environment
For decades, the management of Getzner Textil AG has considered it a priority to pay particular attention to sustainability and the protection of the environment, people and resources in addition to customer benefits when developing products. This commitment over many years makes us today the best in our industry and the benchmark in the field of resource-saving textile production.
But we’re not looking to stay put! In close cooperation with the R&D and production department, we are constantly working on new solutions for even better, more sustainable products!

COTTON STRETCH (COS) VS. NATURAL STRETCH (NAS)
The small difference with a big impact
In both processes, the raw fabric is excessively woven and subjected to controlled shrinkage during the lye treatments. In the well-known COS process, ammonia treatment is also carried out in addition to mercerisation.
In the new NAS process, this treatment is not necessary. Nevertheless, almost identical values are achieved in terms of elongation and creasing behaviour. Another advantage is the elimination of transport routes. This not only saves time and money, but is also good for the environment.
NON-IRON
Product in focus
The high-tech Non-Iron finish developed by Getzner Textil sets new standards for non-iron shirts. Compared with conventional fabrics Non-Iron has a very low crease tendency which can be noticed already when wearing it. After washing the fabric smoothes down by itself. Through the special cross linking of the cotton, the fabric smoothes down by itself after washing. This effect is also sustained after many machine-washes.

Non-Iron products are subjected to the most stringent in-house testing procedures. They are required to achieve the best values based on the Monsanto AATCC 124 standard and in terms of crease angle.
Here you can find out more about the procedures mentioned!
SPECIAL CARE LONG-LIFE
The durable alternative
