Getzner Textil acquires a subsidiary of the feinjersey group
Getzner Textil AG is taking full ownership of feinjersey colours GmbH & Co KG, thereby expanding its existing stake in the company. feinjersey colours is part of the feinjersey group, whose holding company, feinjersey group GmbH, and subsidiary feinjersey fabrics GmbH entered insolvency proceedings at the beginning of March. feinjersey colours is not affected by these proceedings.
Getzner Textil AG has held a stake in the legally independent company since 2025. With the acquisition, expertise in textile finishing will be secured in the region. Operations will continue without interruption.
feinjersey colours has an established customer portfolio, and these relationships are to be maintained and further developed. In addition to strengthening existing and new customer relationships, the focus is also on increasing capacity utilisation through additional in-house demand from Getzner Textil.
