The legal basis for the processing of your personally identifiable data in connection with your application is the necessity to perform certain pre-contractual measures in response to your enquiry (application).

5. Transmission of your personally identifiable data

We will transmit your personal data for the above stated purposes to the following recipients: IT service providers employed by us; with reference to job applications: to the respective Getzner Group company that has the vacancy you are applying for; social media services integrated into our website via plug-ins. Some of the recipients stated above are based in other countries or process your personal data in a country other than your home country. Please note that the level of data protection in other countries may not equal the level of data protection in your home country. However, we will transmit your personal data only to countries that offer an adequate level of data protection as confirmed by the EU Commission; in all other cases, we will implement measures to ensure that all of the recipients have an adequate level of data protection measures in place by means of including the respective standard contractual clauses in the respective contract, for example.

6. Storage period

We will generally store your data for a period of three months. It will be stored for longer only if this is necessary in order to investigate proven attacks on our website. When you register on our website to apply for a vacancy, we will in any case store your data for as long as your account exists and after that for as long as we are legally obliged to.

7. Your rights in connection with personally identifiable data

According to the provisions made under the applicable data protection legislation, you have the right to obtain information about the data stored about you and the right to ask for this data to be corrected, blocked or deleted; you may also limit or object to the processing or transmission of this data. You have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory body in the EU or with the Austrian data protection authority in Vienna if you believe that the European or Austrian data protection laws have been breached.

8. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service offered by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, text files that are stored on your computer and allow the analysis of your use of this website. We process your data on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest of generating website access statistics in a cost-efficient and easy way. The information about your use of this website generated by the cookie (including your IP address and the URLs of the web pages accessed) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We do not store any of the data collected in connection with Google Analytics. This website uses the option of IP anonymisation offered by Google Analytics. 9.  Use of social media plug-ins

This will initially transmit your IP address, our website’s URL and cookies to the respective social media service.
