“The fabrics are generally more refined, with special properties.
Thus they are more distinctive and unique.”
Gabriele Rossi, Head of Design BU Shirting
Description of the collection
The topic of sustainability determines the textile world. The yarns (from the Organic segment) come from organic farming, i.e. without the use of pesticides, insecticides, chemical fertilizers and genetically modified substances.
In the manufacturing process, more and more is being produced resource saving. Water and energy are gained from renewable sources. The GOTS certificate (Global Organic Textile Standard) for organic cotton plays an important role and ensures that the cotton comes from organic farming. This cotton is also very suitable for allergy sufferers, comfortable to wear and breathable.
Moreover, recycled materials, which are manufactured in a sustainable way, are becoming more and more important. They are intended to curb pollution and waste of resources for the benefit of our environment.
The technical fabrics made of polyamide and elastane, i.e. bi-stretch, represent an innovative alternative for shirt fashion. The latest technologies in this area enable a significant improvement in terms of comfort and wearing properties. These soft and breathable fabrics are very comfortable to wear and give the skin a fresh and dry feeling.
