The initiatives of active maternity leave management range from maternity leave talks and maternity leave breakfasts to "Entdeckungsraum".

Over the past two weeks, a small sensation has been observed at our Getzners Buntspechtle nature childcare centre: Two blackbirds were sitting in their nest and caring for their offspring: three little blackbird chicks.

Getzner Textil's district heating network has been in operation since 2001 and utilises the waste heat recovered from the compressor systems, the flue gas heat exchanger of the steam boiler systems and, more recently, the waste heat from the lye recovery systems. This creates a triple win-win situation, because it is good for the customers, for Getzner Textil as an energy supplier and for the environment.

At the end of last year, the TÜV Austria surveillance audit for certification of the energy management system in accordance with the ISO 50001 standard was successfully completed. You could also say that we were once again able to prove that energy consumption, CO2 emissions and resource-conserving production are important to us.
